Consent to creator programme data processing

Separate programme consent

By selecting the relevant checkbox in the creator programme, I voluntarily authorise the operator Panin T. R. to process my application and participation information under the programme data policy. This consent does not replace consent as a Мы app user and does not consent to promotional mailings.

Purposes: reviewing my application, contacting me, portal access after approval, recording recommendations and promo codes, calculating rewards, refunds and adjustments, processing payouts, security and handling enquiries.

Data: email, authentication information, name or platform name, Telegram contact, platform link, optional comment, application status, participation terms, promo codes, anonymous recommendation results, calculation history, payout details and confirmations, document versions and acceptance times, technical session and request information.

Permitted operations: collection, recording, organisation, storage, correction, use, sharing with processing participants to the extent necessary, blocking, deletion and destruction. Processing is automated and also involves the administrator when reviewing applications and payouts. Timeweb, a protected Vercel mirror, Supabase and an API proxy are used as described in the policy. I have been informed that Supabase data is stored outside Russia.

Consent applies for the stated purposes during application review and participation. I can withdraw consent and request deletion of programme data by emailing noreply@timur-p.ru from my registered address. Processing based on consent ends after withdrawal, except where another legal basis remains, including obligations and calculation records. Retention and backup details are in the programme policy.
