How to start using «Мы» together

Getting started: your account and your partner’s code

1. Create an accountOn the login screen, switch to Sign up and enter your name, email and password. No email confirmation is needed; you can enter the app immediately.
2. Get your couple’s codeAfter registration, a short code such as XXXX-XXXX appears on the home screen with Copy code and Send invitation buttons. Share it by messenger, text message or in person. You can always find the code later in your profile.
3. Your partner enters the code when registeringThey complete the same fields and enter the code in Code from partner. You then share one space and see the same records.
4. Choose where to startBudget together handles money. Us handles tasks, the calendar, wishes and documents. Switch between them at any time using the menu button.

If your partner is not ready yet, register without a code. You get your own space as its only participant and can invite a second person later; all existing records become shared. While you are alone, the app hides things that require a partner rather than pretending someone has already joined.

Your first budget entry

1. Complete the formOn a computer it is on the left; on a phone it is at the top. Choose Expense or Income and enter the amount, category and date. You can enter an expression for the amount: 250+120 is calculated automatically.
2. Add details if you need themA comment, who spent the money and a receipt photo are optional. The entry can be saved without them.
3. Select AddThe entry immediately appears in the list, charts and your partner’s view. You do not need to refresh the page.
4. Correct entries at any timeSelect an entry in the list to edit or delete it. The activity log keeps the history of changes.

Installing on your phone

«Мы» works like an ordinary app: an icon on the home screen, full screen and no address bar. On iPhone, install it from Safari using Add to Home Screen; on Android, use RuStore. The website APK and installation through Chrome are also available.

Notifications

In your profile’s Notifications section, enable push on this device, weekly recaps on Sundays and a reminder for your partner to record the day’s expenses.

Notifications cover your partner’s actions, such as adding an expense, task or event. Your own actions do not trigger notifications, so you cannot test them alone.

Enable them separately on each phone and computer. On iPhone, first add the app to your Home Screen.

Useful things to know

• Cards support swipes. In tasks, wishes and notes, swipe right to complete or pin a record and left to delete it. The same actions are available as card buttons, and a deletion can be undone with one tap in the notification.
• The list does not jump while you scroll. If your partner adds an entry while you are browsing the list, it does not appear in the middle. A “+1 new entry” banner appears at the top; tap it when you are ready to show the entry.
• Back up your data. Settings include a data export. It is useful before major changes; you can restore a file there too.
• The documents PIN cannot be recovered. Documents are encrypted using that PIN, which is not stored anywhere. If you forget it, you must reset the PIN and add the documents again.
• It also works offline. Without a connection, your latest data remains visible. New records are saved on the phone and sent automatically when the connection returns. First login and AI require internet access.
• An English interface is available. The flag button on the login page and in the app header switches language immediately without a reload. The choice is saved on this device.
